The registration fees for the participants is fixed as noted below:

  • For participants attending the conference for only 1 or 2 days, the Registration Fee will be reduced by 50%.
  • Registration fee will cover the following privileges:
  • Conference kit; tea/coffee, conference dinner, lunches (5 days), mid-conference excursion; local bus transport before and after the sessions (to designated hotels only)
  • The Registration dose not entitle a right to Visa.
  • The Ministry of Environment and Forest / Organisers reserve the right to reject / cancel the registration of delegate at any point of time before or during the conference.
  • The Registration fee of the spouses does not include the Conference kit.
